Enhanced Dynamic Draft Analysis
Analyze the part, looking for best pull direction, highlights drafts, straddle faces and etc., giving the designer more information about the part thus, less rework later on.

Split Wizard
A new step-by-step wizard based part-splitting tool. IMOLD Split Wizard can be used as a first step to quickly and easily split a part. Designers can automatically search for inner and outer parting lines, automatic search for core and cavity faces, automatically patching holes, automatically creating run-offs and automatically create inserts. At the end of each step, designers will receive more data regarding the part, whether to continue with the next step or check what is wrong with current process.

Automatic Parting line search
Automatically searches the part and suggest potential inner and outer parting lines.

Slider & Lifter pocketing
Slider & Lifter pocketing is now possible.

Automatic trim lifters
Lifter blades can be automatically trimmed to the shape of the core.

Performance optimized
Removing parameters from the assembly and setting components to lightweight increases performance.

Mirror cooling circuits
Cooling circuits can now be mirrored to a plane.

User adds customized components into library and library checking tools
Mold makers can now customize components and add them into the existing library. Before adding the components, the library-checking tool is provided to check the correctness of the components.

Adding ejector pins and sleeves together
Option to add sleeves together with pins automatically and warn if a particular ejector pin does not have a standard length that is long enough for the current position. Recalculates the length of the pin if moldbase thickness changes.
